Due to the virus outbreak we will be changing several operating procedures in our office until further notice.

1. Office hours are 9am to 3pm effective today. We prefer that you call or send an email versus stopping in.
2. We are disinfecting our doors, counters and other customer-accessible surfaces daily, if you do need to stop by the office.
3. For the immediate future, service calls will be made to outside the home only. The majority of our installs are setup so that we can test outside the home. We will review whether entering a home is necessary or possible on a case-by-case basis.

Voicemails will be listened to during office hours. Emails and billing-system tickets will be dealt with normally, as available, during and after office hours for service-related issues.
